Job Applicant Privacy Notice: As part of the job application process, Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“MHC”) collects certain information in connection with consideration of your application for employment.

What information do we collect? 
MHC collects a range of information about you. This may include but is not limited to: 
Your name, address and contact details, including email address and telephone number;
Details of your qualifications, skills, experience and employment history;
Information about your current and desired levels of remuneration;
Other relevant information related to a specific job opening.

MHC may collect this information in a variety of ways. For example, data might be contained in application forms, CVs or resumes, or collected through interviews or other forms of assessment. We may also collect personal data about you from third parties, such as references supplied by former employers. You represent that you have the lawful right to submit the information you provide and that all such information is accurate and correct in all material respects. MHC may use cookies to monitor its website and services from time to time. 

Why does MHC process personal data? 
We need to process data to take steps at your request to assess appropriate fit for a position prior to offering any employment. If your application is unsuccessful, MHC may keep your personal data on file in case there are future employment opportunities for which you may be suited. 

Who has access to data? 
Your information may be shared internally with the MHC team for the purposes of employment recruitment. This includes members of the HR and other personnel, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, managers in the business area with a vacancy and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles. 
We may share your data with certain third parties that assist us in the recruitment process, such as our application service provider and other service providers. In addition, we may transfer your data in connection with any corporate transaction involving MHC.

What happens to your data?
If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to our HR team and retained during your employment in accordance with applicable law and will no longer be subject to this privacy policy. If your application for employment is unsuccessful, then your personal data may be retained for consideration for future employment opportunities which you may be suited or deleted consistent with MHC’s business practices. 
While MHC takes certain precautions intended to help protect the confidentiality of the information you provide, because of the nature of the Internet, we cannot protect against all threats or risks and you use any application portal or other system at your own risk. 

Updates to this Privacy Policy
MHC may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. These changes will be posted online and take effect as soon as they are posted.
