HINO 258LP and 258ALP INFORMATION
 The Hino 258LP and 258ALP are both rated just under the CDL requirement at 25,550 lbs and are configured as a 4x2 conventional cab. Both are equipped with the Hino J08E-TV direct injection combustion diesel engine. They boast a tire turning radius ranging from 47.9 to 71.5 feet depending on box length. It also provides a maximum of 520 lb-ft at 1500 rpm. The differentiating factor between these two models is the presence of air brakes on the 258ALP. This model though slightly larger than the Hino 238 is a great fit for in town pickup and delivery applications.
