As with all Sterling trucks, The Acterra can be customized to meet the needs of almost any application. The Acterra has many fuel-economizing options, including electronic diesels from Caterpillar and Mercedes-Benz. The Acterra is easy to service, due to its easy-to-unlatch elastomeric straps. Splash shields swing up and out of the way, providing unrestricted access to the engine compartment. The Acterra has an in-dash fuse panel. Fuses are widely available blade-type automotive fuses, and The Acterra comes equipped with 12 extra terminals for use as needed.
