MHC Carrier Transicold – Kansas City Moves Into State of the Art Facility to Expand Customer Support
MHC Carrier Transicold is expanding operations with the relocation of their Kansas City operations. The strategic move will enable the dealership to better serve customers in the Kansas City metro.
“Our focus is to provide our customers with the best possible experience,” said MHC Carrier Transicold General Manager Al Guinn. “This new facility will help us meet the needs of our customers more conveniently and effectively.”
On August 1, 2009 MHC Carrier Traniscold – Kansas City will open the doors to their new location at 2700 South 88th Street in Kansas City, Kansas. The new location is minutes away from downtown and can be accessed easily using I-435. This facility offers five drive-through trailer bays, and over six acres of parking as well as a double deck parts warehouse to accommodate an expansion of available inventory and a variety of new product lines. The remodeled location includes a powerful overhead crane, energy efficient florescent lights and a high tech exhaust fan system.
“Our new location places us within minutes of all the large refrigerated carriers in the area, as well as great access to the rail yards,” said Guinn. “Our expanded warehouse of parts makes it easier for customers to shop our extensive inventory.”
MHC is a network of four Carrier Transicold Dealerships, as well as a network of heavy duty and medium duty truck dealers with 39 locations in ten states.
