KIRKLAND, Wash., Sept. 30, 2011 – MHC Kenworth in Kansas City, Mo., was named 2010 Kenworth Parts and Service Dealer of the Year for the United States and Canada at the annual Kenworth Parts and Service Meeting held recently in Orlando, Fla. The award is presented in recognition of outstanding parts and service support.

At the recent meeting, Kenworth also named its Regional, Gold and Silver Parts and Service Dealers of the Year to recognize superior excellent and achievement in parts and service operations, financial performance and customer support. The Kenworth dealer network’s constant commitment to superior satisfaction is demonstrated by Kenworth receiving the 2011 J.D. Power and Associates award for “Highest in Customer Satisfaction for Heavy Duty Truck Dealer Service.”*

For the first time at the Kenworth Parts and Service Meeting, Kenworth dealer excellence in the support and sales of the TRP brand of all-makes parts for trucks, trailers and buses was also recognized.
Edmonton Kenworth was named TRP All-Makes Dealer of the Year, Kenworth of Indianapolis received the TRP Bus Segment Dealer of the Year, and Kenworth Sales Company in West Valley, Utah, was named TRP Trailer Segment Dealer of the Year.
