 The Management Trainee program is a formalized nine month program that recruits and develops highly motivated college graduates with a desire to pursue management opportunities within the heavy duty truck industry. The objective of the Management Trainee program is to develop a pipeline of qualified managers, eligible for placement to a branch or corporate position within MHC. This is done by giving participants in the program experience in a variety of rotations in the corporate office and in a dealership which will allow them to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to be managers. Rotations will include training in: - Parts
- Service
- Body Shop
- New and Used Truck Sales
- Dealership Administration
- Corporate functions
- A variety of other industry specific training courses
