EDUCATION PROGRAMS - OSU-OKMULGEE TRUCK TECHNOLOGY PROGRAM

A STRONG PARTNERSHIP
MHC has partnered with Oklahoma State University-Okmulgee to create an Associates Degree in MHC-Kenworth Truck Technology. This two year program provides intensive training in the diesel service industry, consisting of classroom and lab experiences at OSU-Okmulgee, coupled with paid internships at MHC dealership locations. Graduates of this program can count on job placement within MHC, and the training and knowledge to reach their long-term career goals.

The goal of the program is to develop and train well rounded employees that will excel as technicians within MHC and will be prepared for future leadership and management possibilities.

EDUCATION PROGRAMS - MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM

The Management Trainee program is a formalized nine month program that recruits and develops highly motivated college graduates with a desire to pursue management opportunities within the heavy duty truck industry. The objective of the Management Trainee program is to develop a pipeline of qualified managers, eligible for placement to a branch or corporate position within MHC. This is done by giving participants in the program experience in a variety of rotations in the corporate office and in a dealership which will allow them to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to be managers. Rotations will include training in:

Parts
Service
Body Shop
New and Used Truck Sales
Dealership Administration
Corporate functions
A variety of other industry specific training courses
