When a branch reaches workplace safety goals and has zero accidents, the branch celebrates with a company paid luncheon. MHC's social events have included softball games, picnics with employees and their families, and Christmas parties.

Because MHC is committed to your success on the job, MHC offers a wide variety of learning opportunities. During orientation, new employees learn the basics about working at MHC. MHC offers in-house courses focusing on Leadership and Management. MHC also provides technical training, and our vendors provide product specific training. MHC's tuition reimbursement program also helps employees reach their professional development goals.
